My sincere apologies for not posting for a long while as I have been busy collecting new material and hopefully working on a review and new edition to the currently available notes. Please do continue to give you constructive comments and notify me of mistakes. As for downloading the notes. There seem to have been a problem with Dropbox so I am not able to share the Management Guide and Clerking Manual. Instead I am sharing using Google Drive.
