Review of Systems in the Iban language

The following work (Review of Systems in the Iban Language) is dedicated to all the house officers who will be sent to Sarawak for the district posting. I would like to thank Mr Morris for the Iban language translation of the review of systems. Any mistakes are all mine as it would mean that I have explained the term properly to Mr Morris is not a medical personnel. If there is anyone out there who can improve on the translation and the terms used and also provide for the missing translation please make mention of it in the comments section. Thank you very much.
